IGGPRA Annual Meeting and Elections 2024

It's time for our annual meeting! We will be at California Coast Beer Co. this year and their food is great! Be sure to register early so that we can count you in for food. This event is free for members (limit two people per paid membership). Tickets may be purchased for guests of members for $70 per person.

- Meal: Buffet Style (must register entrée choice of Smoked Brisket or BBQ Chicken)
- Beverage: Choice of custom beers
- Corkage fee: $10 corkage for wine (paid by guests, not IGGPRA)
- Registration: Must be registered if you would like food. Last day to register is Sunday February 18th

- PARKING IS LIMITED! Consider carpooling with other members. If you park within paid City spots, you may want to have the parking app: Flowbird.

- 5:45 PM Welcome, & introduction to annual meeting. Presentation of candidates — Joe Irick
- 6:00 PM Opportunity for candidates to speak. Last call for voting.
- 6:15 PM Short review of last 12 months — On site seminars, 4 mixers and looking ahead to 2024 activities
- 6:30 PM Dinner
- 7:00 PM Announcement of new Board and thank you to current Board Members
- 8:30 PM Adjourn
