January 2024 Seminar: Sustainable and Regenerative Farming, and the State Water Board's New Winery Order

The winery order addresses a requirement that wineries separate wastewater produced from wine (or grape juice) production from other waste water (e.g., domestic) and treat it prior to alternative uses. This is an onerous and potentially expensive requirement especially for small commercial wineries, and we want to do our best to get the word out to our winery members and help them to figure a path forward.
