Recent Testimonial:
The natural tannins, phenolics, and chalky notes from your site allow us to create wines that can stand on their own without new oak aging. Working with fruit from your vineyard over the last few years has given us some dark, complex wines with that perfect balance of lush fruit and mineral depth. I recently tasted a 1982 vintage from Gary Eberle that still felt fresh, and I believe your wines will have that same age-worthy quality. The balance in your fruit speaks volumes. Thank you for helping us build our brand with such exceptional fruit."

FREE GRAPES - simply pay the processing fee...
St. Eva Hill Vineyard
...to cover miscellaneous and reoccurring labor charges for hand pruning, shoot thinning, sucker and weed removal, hand pick harvest, etc. Also the cost of nutrients, fertilizer, and pre and post-emergent applications for weed control (all of which have increased tremendously in the past few years). Equipment fees to cover the tractor and various implements (nearly 100K) used throughout the growing season such as tractor, mower, sprayer, disc, and turbo hoe, etc. Cost to cover fuel and fees associated with various ATVs, tractor, and other equipment used to work the vineyard as well as the trailer to haul supplies and various totes and bins used for harvest as well as the giant scale to weigh the fruit! No charge for countless hours of farming stress, but there is also the much higher cost of electricity used to pump water to the vines. Free water that is soon to be charged a fee…no further comment. Insurance rates are skyrocketing…pretty soon they may reach earth orbit! I think we may have left a few out but you get the idea.
We hope we got your attention. Grape farming is complicated, and expensive, and it seems to be getting more complicated and expensive. When you are selling that excellent wine made from high-end fruit grown in Paso Robles please remember where it came from and how much was involved to care for the fruit during the growing cycle. We haven't raised prices nor have we reduced our farming quality of practice. Thank you also for your sense of humor!
We have Zinfandel/Primitivo, Petite Sirah and Petite Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, Grenache and Syrah to offer you. We also make our wine from this magical hill and they are all award-winning. (You are welcome to sample and/or purchase) Come and visit the vineyard and see for yourself.
Please contact us if you have any questions and want to secure the 2025 Harvest!
